Terms
Draft, last updated October 15, 2026
Chatbait is an early access product. These terms are a plain summary, not final legal language, and will be replaced with a proper agreement before public launch.
What Chatbait does
Chatbait reads the pages you give it and uses them to answer visitor questions on your site through a chat widget you add with one line of code. It only answers from content you provided; it does not invent prices, policies, or promises on your behalf.
During early access
The product is free while in early access, provided as is and without warranty. We may change or pause features as we build. You can remove the widget from your site at any time by deleting the one script tag.
Your content
You are responsible for what you add to your assistant's knowledge and for making sure you have the right to use it. You can edit or delete it at any time from your dashboard.
