Short answer: Gorgias plans now bundle the helpdesk and its AI Agent into one price. The cheapest plan, Starter, is $40 a month ($10 helpdesk plus $30 AI Agent, monthly billing only). Basic is $77 a month billed yearly ($90 monthly), Pro $471 ($550), and Advanced $1,227 ($1,430). Each plan includes a set number of tickets and AI interactions; past that, extra tickets cost $0.36 to $0.40 each and extra AI interactions $1.50 each.

On Gorgias's page each price is split into two parts. On Pro, for example, $471 is $300 for the helpdesk and $171 for the AI Agent. There's a 7-day free trial with no card needed, and no free plan.
How the overage works
Two things are counted every month, and each has its own limit:
- Tickets. Go past your plan's tickets and each extra one costs $0.40 (Starter, Basic) or $0.36 (Pro, Advanced).
- AI interactions. Go past your included AI interactions and each extra one costs $1.50.
One detail is easy to miss: every AI interaction also counts as a ticket. So a busy month uses up both limits at the same time.
A quick example. A store on Pro gets 400 AI-handled chats in a month. 190 are included. The other 210 cost $1.50 each, which is $315 on top of the $471 plan.

How to keep a Gorgias bill under control
- Separate your ticket count from your AI interaction count. They're billed on different meters, and a busy month can blow through both at once.
- Watch the AI allowance, not just the ticket allowance. Starter and Basic include only 30 AI interactions a month. After that, each one is $1.50.
- Pick yearly billing if you're staying anyway. Pro drops from $550 to $471 a month, for example.
- Cancel through Gorgias's own settings, and keep a screenshot. Several of the billing complaints above involve charges continuing after a merchant believed the account was closed.
